By accessing or using the CloudExp early access program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

3. Early Access Program
The early access program is provided on an invitation-only basis. Submission of an early access request does not guarantee access to the service. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request at our sole discretion.
Early access participants may receive access to pre-release versions of our service, which may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Use of early access services is at your own risk.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for early access, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your early access request
- Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the CloudExp service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by CloudExp OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudExp OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the early access service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudExp OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your early access at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
